horn weridness

i know the car has 2 horns,, it seems to vary in sound depending on how i press the wheel 03 ap1 anyone else notice that

My car does the same thing ever since I installed a CAI! Now my horn at times sounds normal and then turns into a little european car horn LOL! Any fixes?

[Wild guess mode] Sounds like perhaps one intermittant short? Try diconnectiong the horns one at a time, hit the horn button, see if you can isolate which one sometimes doesn't work? [/Wild guess mode]
