Even if you stalled the motor completely it's unlikely that you hurt anything more than your pride.

I scared the poo out of myself last Friday, by getting out of the car with the transmission in gear and the parking brake set. In some kind of total brain-fart I thought the car was out of gear and took my foot off the clutch, only to be greated by a loud BANG!! that sounded for all the world like something expensive breaking. Thankfully it was either the rotors and pads breaking loose (I'd washed the car earlier so there was surely some fresh surface rust on the rotors) or the clutches in my KAAZ LSD slamming together (they do that sometimes when the diff oil is cold). The noise scared me, and the stupid mistake made me feel like a complete idiot, but fortunately it wasn't anything serious and the car was OK.
LOL, I'll recover too, some day.
pretty sure that bang was your brake pads.

I went to move my car after I parked it and washed it the day earlier.. and took a little more force to finally get the rears to break loose. Since then, I go easier on the ebrake... even though it tends to lose tension...which is annoying.

I bogg my engine everyday when backing out. I never thought there was even an issue concerning this. So...should I start putting more gas or is this not even a problem?

Be sure to check your blinker fluid it might be low - hence the bogging in 3rd gear at low speeds.

I feel like going out and driving right for a while to undo what I've done.
You're just looking for excuses to drive your car.

Keep in mind that every cold start wears out the engine too
