I don't know why you would or wouldn't paint it but I know why I would paint the CF.

not sure. It doesn't look that good. I kinda regret starting it.

 

Lol, just keep it up man, you will be able to get it cleaned up though you may need to end up taking it to a body shop.

 

Hold faith man... if need be, bring it by the shop, and we can try to fix it up a bit... maybe if we keep the bondo close to the hole, we can do whatever shaping we need, and then just paint a small black section around the pop-up sunroof, and then leave the rest CF...

A friend of mine has some adhesive CF tape, maybe we can use some of that around the edge... <shrug>
