hum...this may be a little far fetched, but why don't you just take the HT off when you want some sunshine and put it back on when you don't.

Willie, willie.... what did you do man? Sorry i wasn't here when you dropped it off... you must have hauled-ass to get it here before i got back... haha! but seriously... what were you thinking?

Did you even tape this off, or did you cut it free-hand? By looking at your pic, you cut it freehand...

i don't know if this is going to be fixable... the hole is too big for the pop-up roof you want to use... its going to be $$$ to fix it.. swing by tomorrow, and we'll discuss the options with you.

That's way too much trouble. Jeez...pull the top completely off or just reach up and pop the sunroof open.

I think you can take the piece you cut out, and put hinges on it with a latch. Put the hinges in the back, this way the air will catch the flap and open it automatically.
