How do I remove the Engine Start Button?

Mine wasn't a problem, I just did this last weekend for my AEM gauge and if I remember correctly it was just a brass looking clip on the start button thet held it in place - it was on the inside closest to the volume control. I remember just depressing the clip and pushing the switch out the front!

There is a "key-way" that the clip has to pass through, If your switch has turned either way that might prevent it from sliding out easily - Good Luck!
