Doesn't anyone actually use those blank pages in the manual?
Nope!

Normally, excel for me too, although I've been lazy and it's all sitting in a folder.

I keep track of my service with this website. It even knows my car by the VIN:

I was going to use this, but I forgot all about it!

Change oil when the odometer shows a multiple of 5,000. Receipts for repairs/service go with owners manual. Any records that I write go on 3X5 cards stuck in owners manual/glove box.

Pantera and garden tractor have a folders outside of car /tractor. Garden tractor has hour meter instead of odometer so it gets oil change every multiple of 50 hours.
