The "Parts Store" quarterly issue magazine (which is mostly aimed at the aftermarket industry) quoted year-to-date sales for the S2000 at 7463 at the end of August. Based on that, 10,000 seems like a nice round figure for the whole year. (So much for Honda's original claim to restrict sales to 4,500 units per year!)

 

My dealer told me that the 01 models were going to be the last ones then he told me last this year that 02 were coming out even with new color....so i don't trust my dealer

We've all heard that song...I think it's a scare tactic to get you to buy. The car sells itself...can the bull$hit, take my check and give me the keys

 

My 2001 s, received in October this year, is VIN 9893. This was the last car shipped to a rather large dealorship. Pretty close to ten thousand.
