i just thought about another downfall of having the softtop in with a HT. My car has a sub and it sounds like shit with the top down because it blocks the sound waves coming in I guess from the rear. With the HT on and the softtop always down my stereo system isn't going to sound so great. I might just remove the top for the winter (since I will rarely ride with the top down) and put it back in during spring or what not.

Will keep my eye on the poll though!

I kept my soft top in for about 10 months. Just a couple of weeks ago I decided to take it out. It was a good move. I never take my top off, so there is no reason to have it in there. Also, since removing it there are alot less squeaking noises that I thought were coming from the hardtop latches, but were abtually coming from the folded up soft top.
