Just flipped 89,000 miles now on The Bruised Banana. I've had my Invidia on since Evolution's first GB on this exhaust nearly over 50K miles ago. I freakin' love it. I make this comment often when folks compliment its tone...and that is that "It makes our 4-banger sound so much more exotic...more like a Lotus." I *do* run with the silencers. I've heard them out...and just a tad to loud for my tastes. Awesome exhaust. And beautiful ta boot!

Having the silencers is like having 2 sets of exhaust. They are totally different .

I've had mine for about a year and a half(wasn't it Feb '03 that it was offered?). I've driven 40k miles since putting it on. Never a single foot have the butt plugs been in the exhaust. My wife and I both love the sound(upper 30's). I only have the 4.57's and an AEM-type intake. On drives, many folks get to enjoy my exhaust!!!

This can be said about the exhaust: If you run silencers, you still gain the weight reduction. If you run without, you might gain a couple ponies. I try not to drive like an idiot in populated areas- the exhaust draw some attention as does the car in general. Either way you slice it, it's a beautiful looking dual exhaust. I have some footage on tape of me on the track at BeaveRun and the sound coming down the straights is crazy sick! It sounds like a real racecar.

wingman just got a ride in my ride Saturday. I have the trunk gutted save my two 10's and the tray between the softtop and trunk is removed. The flimsy batting that comes with the car is also gone. Dave said it was too loud. The exhaust unbaffled isn't for everyone. And yes, it sways under heavy driving conditions.

When I put mine on I had no clue how loud it would be. I love the sound though, even though where I live cops are ass holes and I've gotten a few exhaust tickets but oh well it sounds so good in VTEC theres no way Id take it off.

I know that they make stiffer exhaust hangers for the WRX/STi cars... does anything like this exist for the S2000?
