JAxrsx, my insurance which is american family, and under my dad i believe it was 1300 every 6 months....

That $418 sounds more like it, unfortunately for you. Everyone says these cars aren't cheap. Luckily, thats not the case for me. I pay under $100 for my daily driver (basic coverage) and my S (full coverage). You think this car is expensive, check out a Subaru STi. When I was looking late last year before I got my S2000, that car was almost $50/month more expensive than the S.

$800/yr comprehensive w/ 100/300/100 coverage, 500 deductible. In georgia, no records and 28 years old. Too much variable in determining your rates... age, location, credit.

Mine is going to run me about $1200 every 6 mos. I'm 25 with few minor collisions and live in Florida.
