I agree with all of them BUT don't sweat the small stuff.
Its a car - shit happens. Take care of it and let your friends/family know where you stand, but don't let it consume you unless its intential douchery.

It's the law in Oregon. You can pump your own diesel but not gas, a lot of places won't let you pump diesel either unless there's a seperate island for it. Kind of sucks sometimes but you get used to it. I've lived in Oregon all my life and thought it odd the 1st time I got gas in Washington and no one would come out to pump it for me.
Though these things don't usually happen but from memory these are the things that piss me off the most.
1)Sitting on bolsters
2)Using the top frame to pull them out of car (yes, my 210lb roommate has pulled that one and I was pissed)
3)Using window to close door
4)Leaning/sitting on car (I think people do this more often than other cars b/c the car is low and at waist level)
OP's concerns are a little on the extreme side. I'd never say anything to people about the things he mentioned.....

Everytime we're at like a house party/gathering/etc... I would chat outside with my friends and they would lean their body against my quarter panel. I would tell them to get off and they would get off temporarily and lean on it again. They would fuss that nothing will happen but I would tell them that it is fragil and you can't lean on it or it will cause a dent!

I definitely agree with #3, especially girls wearing heels getting into the car i just CRINGE when i hear their shoes scrape up against the door sill!!
Another pet peeve of mine I don't know what it is but EVERY passenger in my car seems to ALWAYS play with the passenger side heater vent on the dash, for some reason they find enjoyment flipping the little plastic vents up and down and due to this my passenger side vents are now broken! Anybody else have problems with people doing this??
Really drives me nuts I dunno why people can't just sit still they always have to be fiddling with something in the car!

I hate when people close the door with the glass. Absolutely hate it.
