[B]Ok, I just got back from the dealer. Everything was covered under warrranty. The material of the soft top seems to be upgraded. It just feels & Looks better for some reason. From the inside, it looks different too(the way it's installed on those center bar and other bars)

And Dang~~~~~~~the plastic window is crystal clear~ I thought I had mine maintained fairly good but dudes, it's really crystal clear~ like glass~

Cool, I have a 2002 with 6000 miles and already wearing some holes in the top. I am going to have the dealer take a look at it during a service call soon. But, I have read on this site these holes are being caused by soft top folds and rubbing against the metal bars.

I am surprised that this occured on my 02, because I hear this occurs more with 00s and 01s. And there should have been some improvement since then... at least, one should expect this improvement.
you know... i have an 01, but i have no signs of any wear n tear on my top... and i run with the top down all the time...

i wish there were some signs of it, then i would definitely get the glass replacement... the only complaint i have it the plastic windshield... of course i have a burn mark where some guy put his cigarette out on my top, which melted a circle in it...

I hope mine wears out. Do you by any lucky chance have pics of the worn out top? I wonder if it's any worse than mine is. I have $300 for the glass window!
