I wouldn't say that it was intended as a slight. There was no intention of being discourteous. Provocation would probably better describe it.

But, without provocation, nothing would ever get discussed. What a boring world this would be if we all agreed.

I always look forward to hearing a new point of view on this subject that would make me rethink my opinion. But, I have yet to hear one.

I still think the fob pocket is going to be your best solution or just putting it on your belt.

thats reasonable.

my fob pocket is actually already occupied by my fenix p1 (a small led flashlight), otherwise i think that would be my best bet. im going to give that shrink tubing a try though since it sounds like a good work-around.

I don't know what you implied, but I inferred that it was a slight. ;-)

Since I'm the "quaint" one, I'm not going to bother to explain why I believe the 2nd amendment is a cornerstone of this Nation, or why I legally carry concealed.

Benchmade are sick! I keep that one safe in my room, I carry my S&W in my pocket, but I leave it in the center counsel 99% of the time.

Pfffft @ 2nd Amendment. If you took that one seriously surely you would have overthrown your current government.

Wow, 33ngin33r1 you must have had a bad experience. I'm pro CCW. I sometimes find myself in sitautions where I am more comfortable with one then without. This includes times when I have been willing to sacrifice my job to feel safe. it sounds like where you live though, you dont need to CCW. Good luck.
