Lately we've been concerned...
This is funny and interesting......I agree with rick on the big fin and body kits....Not my cup of tea. But Rick ya gotta agree your car is pretty modded....I mean ya even changed the color of your reverse lights slightly....And your engine bay has more bling bling then Mr. t's neck. ...I've seen this type post before I think since Rick started this one it gets more attention. But i would consider Rick's car heavily modded.
Rick does alot over here on the east coast for fellow s2000 owners. I just think he is passing some time in this harsh winter. I like threads thats get eveyones goat all tusseled.....Its FUN!

You know why? Because this is probably some lame attempt to "stir things up", generate "discourse" and the like. Its the same excuse I hear from the more sophisticated trolls, and it certainly isn't befitting a long time member like Rick, and its pretty stupid when you consider he depends on many folks here for business.
Maybe it is time to kill this thread. It certainly hasn't done anything to benefit the board.

Rick, it might be possible to love somethings too much, to those on either side of the 'equation'. Spoken by someone who has lived this, imo.
That said, it's nice that this car is available for many to enjoy, modders and nonmooders alike.

It may be a free country (debatable) but the right to speak your mind doesn't negate the common courtesy of respecting others opinions. There's a big difference between telling everyone what you like and telling others what they should like and what you think they are if you don't.

Are those SSR GT1s (same wheels as Rick has) with Rick's badges?
Wow, either Rick has no qualms about pissing off customers, OR he has a healthy sense of humor and he's laughing at all of this. But I could be wrong.
I am also surprised that Rick has started this thread. Rick is basically bashing the competition...definitely bad business. Every owner should be free to dress the car up as he/she pleases. The final look of the car will only represent the personality of it's owner and definitely not reflect on other S2000 owners.

As an architect and aesthete, all of this $hit is highly insulting to me
You're RIGHT! That house is just hideous! The awnings ruin the fine lines of the house and are just asthetically unpleasing. Whatever happened to form following function?? And what's with that lawn?? So unkept with several bald patches.. does nothing but to ruin the landscape..
