Launching???
Latez is lates (I just like writing it like that).
Lates is short for later (another slang word). Other than that word, please check out the Ebonics dictionary for more definitions.
And...ummm...Latez!

Hmmmm. I had no idea there were "Hip Hop Communities". Is that akin to calling the local trailer park a "Country-Western Community"??
Down here in S. Florida, we have a lot of "Easy Listening Communities"...
Has Hip Hop really been around long enough to become a bona fide formative experience? Wow. Where the hell have I been?
It's a joke, Flamers. Lighten up!

I had 7000 RPM sidestep launches down pat until I had the tranny/clutchupgrade done. My mechanic showed me the oil in the bell housing that got past the damaged input shaft seal.
He said you might consider not launching so hard in the future. I will not be doing that anymore.
Take it from a first gear roll if you want your driveline to last.

IMHO this car was not built to drag race. It's a sports car made for the road and, if quallified (I am not) the track. Dropping the clutch at 7,000 is asking for problems. It just wasn't built to do it. Try the hot dog drag racers on at about a 20-25MPH rolling start. Again IMHO.
