Less than MSRP for 2002
Last winter I remember seeing S2000's on E-bay for $500.00 less than MSRP. Most of these dealers had S2000's in stock and were located in the NorthEast and MidWest.
With Honda planning to import 8,000 S2k's this year alone supply is going to catch-up with demand. This winter I will bet there are S2k's listed on Ebay for $1,000 under MSRP.
Unfortunately for those of us in California, Florida, Arizona, etc, our warm weather will probably keep local dealer prices at MSRP.
After all, winter is the best time to drive a convertible in Florida.
Most dealers will quickly come down to MSRP these days with just a little effort.

I hope so...
Myself, being a true car enthusiast... with other very expensive hobbies other than cars, (golf, sportbikes, ect..) couple with the fact that I don't make 6 figures, makes owning a 32k car hard to do... At 33k, the envelope if being pushed. If I could get it for $30k, it would make an WORLD of difference (in payments). And if dealers started selling them at this price (VERY reasonable considering the $~28k dealer cost), then used s2000s would be in the $24-25 range, which would allow me to purchase another bike as well as an s2000. I'm sure there are some people that will be disgruntled if demand and prices drop. But aftermarket support will grow and more people can enjoy this great car... I'm willing to wait.. I bet you will be able to get a killer deal on a left over 01 model when the 02s hit as well... on usenet, someone quoted they were offered a new black one for $28k!!
