warranty is covered in europe, just two years instead of three. you dont have to change anything on a us spec car to drive over there considering are standards are higher, i drove a us spec accord for over a year in germany and went through inspection twice with it. i bought my s in germany, us spec, and shipped it here after i drove it there for two months.
