the first time i hit 100 was with my bicycle, it was a very scary experience.... i mean 100 feet / second
100 ft/sec is still somewhere around 70mph! Maybe 100 ft/min?

what is the big deal? Most cars on the road today are capable of 110MPH. I hit over 100mph almost every day on the way to and from work. Mostly on ramps and long vacant roads. The first time I hit over 100 in the S2000 was on the test drive with the salesman in the car I think the fastest I have been in the S is about 145MPH and the fastest I have ever been was 201MPH on a motorcycle on the saltflats!
Dayum.

And FWIW, 100+mph on a motorcycle is an entirely different experience than in a car.

I'll drop the "BS" flag to half mast. But I didn't see an analog speedo in the vid.

Its a very sweet build. I remember those other threads now. Didn't you say you swapped in a 300zx rear end? I hear thats a pretty easy (if a little expensive) swap...how do you like it?

Also what ARE the chances of seeing you at Dragon Ball Run in September?
The car is still on the stock rear end and axles. They were having more problems with the Inline pro axles than the stock ones, so I stayed with the stock setup. The transmission is a 6 speed Getrag tho.

Where are they meeting for the DBR?

I don't think bikes are really that much worse to go fast in than the S2000. I've topped my old GSXR-750 out at 186mph (so maybe more like 170mph - bike speedo's are off) at Texas World Speedway during a track day. Bikes are like big gyroscopes - the faster you go, the more stable it becomes as long as you are in a straight line. Bikes want to stay upright at speed.

No, but I am a very happy customer. They really hooked me up on top of building a bad a** car. I live in Nashville. 50/50 is in FL.
