My first time....
130 on the interstate few nights ago. 3am no one on road. I wasn't trying to see how fast I could go, just how fast it got there.... Very stable at high speeds. Not doing it again for a while tho. Too worried about FHP seeing me.

I have topped out 5th gear many times. The fastest I've gone in the S2k is 162mph. I had a little help, a GT2 to draft off of and a slight downhill. 100mph, as others have said, is a daily occurance, I run it to redline in 4th gear every day on my way to work.

any of you other members rememer your first time going 100 mph???
It was March 29th 2006. Witch was the first day I got the cars!
It was the first time I hit 100 mph in car that was mine.
It was the first time ever I've hit 160 mph.
You think 100mph is breath taking push you car to the limit of your fifth gear (145mph) and start pushing it into sixth gear... make sure you're still breathing calmly because it's crazy fast (especially with the top down)!

getting ticketed for over 100 was enough to keep me out of triple digits for a looong time; consequences are way diff than over 65
I first drove faster than 100mph in 1975, in a 1969 Fiat 124 Spider. There's a long, straight downhill stretch of I-81 in southwest Virginia, and I just let it go. With a whopping 95bhp, it did well to go that fast, I think.
I save it for the track, now; there are so few places where it's safe to do it on the public roads, and not a risk for a major ticket.
