Typically I would agree. I was told it had everything I needed to install the top. It's not my fault if the staff wasn't properly informed. Regardless of what top you are buying if some one says it includes a complete hardware kit it better be complete. Not complete by certain standards. If they expect you to take parts off of something or assume you have parts that needs to be said before hand. You can't say it comes with a complete hardware kit it has everything you need for install and then later say well it's complete by these standards all you need to do us take this, this, and this off your old top

It was paid with debit but I can still do that. I've already reported them to the bbb and if they don't care about that I'll contact the attorney general. I tried numerous times to talk to them and make things right. They just weren't willing to admit any fault.

Nice.. the day I order my intake, tp and exhaust this thread comes up.. So far my experience has been very good dealing with Gruppe-S.. Let's see how the rest of it goes..

gruppe-s used to be good around 2004-2005. wonder what happened. i remember they sold tons of stuff to the subaru crowd back then

I am not trying to make any excuses for our lack of communication, I just want you to be aware that we had no intention of insulting you or ripping you off, we made the mistake of quoting you what our supplier initially told us and both them and ourselves dropped the ball on your order. If there is anything else I can do for you just let me know.
