It was paid with debit but I can still do that. I've already reported them to the bbb and if they don't care about that I'll contact the attorney general. I tried numerous times to talk to them and make things right. They just weren't willing to admit any fault.

Regardless of what top you are buying if some one says it includes a complete hardware kit it better be complete. Not complete by certain standards. If they expect you to take parts off of something or assume you have parts that needs to be said before hand. You can't say it comes with a complete hardware kit it has everything you need for install and then later say well it's complete by these standards all you need to do us take this, this, and this off your old top

I again apologize for the lack of instructions but we were not provided any to include and I think you will find that most body components do not include instructions because they are designed to be professionally installed. We carry Vertex, C-west etc... and none of those companies provide installation instructions with their body parts. As for fitment I do not have an excuse but If you can provide some pictures for us to work with we may be able to improve fitment in the future, but that roof is an exact copy of the spoon hard top molded from the original and we have already had 3 other customers install this roof and they have not had any fitment issues that I am aware of.
I am not trying to make any excuses for our lack of communication, I just want you to be aware that we had no intention of insulting you or ripping you off, we made the mistake of quoting you what our supplier initially told us and both them and ourselves dropped the ball on your order. If there is anything else I can do for you just let me know.
