[QUOTE=Gruppe-S,Jun 30 2009, 12:37 PM] So you were unable to install the hardtop with the hardware that was provided? We looked at the pictures you provided and due to there size it was hard to detect any major flaws as far as fitment goes but I do trust your opinion.

To be fair I don't think there is anything we can say to make you happy at this point but if you really wanted to ship your hardtop back to us we will give you a full credit towards the purchase of a Brand new Authentic Spoon Hardtop.

Give the guy his money back (a full refund). He should be "back" to where he was prior to ordering the HT from you.

If the OP has any documentary evidence received from Grouppe-S, you can use it to support your "deceptive advertising" claim. Every jurisdiction has one form or another.

Take 6 months for the top to arrive with $4000, It should be ship to the customer 7 days max. GruppS fail to handle this problem from the beginning period.

The Spoon hardtop would be $4500 delivered to your door! and that is our cost! Just so you are aware though it will take 3-6 months to arrive from Japan and includes the exact same hardware as our kit, You will need to reuse your factory latches. We will even let you use our hard top in the mean time until the spoon hard top arrives!

Thanks!

OR... You could act responsibly and credit him HIS MONEY BACK so that he doesn't have to go through this headache and be out of more money as well as pay for the shipping fee's to return it to your company, remember your responses are viewed as direct correlation with your company; its service and its products

Why are all the responses From Gruppe-S generically signed? I would have expected to see a name associated with those emails and it should be the president himself or they mean nothing!

This customer is personally insulted and you need to treat it right or walk away and accept the consequences. Retailers don't realize the power of the internet. Everyone now has a say with an immediate audience...,

My 2 cents.

Agreed, just refund him the money and pay for the shipping...after he provides solid proof that the top doesn't fit right, leaks, and the hardware kit is incomplete.
