NGK 6 or 7 is still good for stock engines, even if I have aftermarket single exhaust, header, cams, pulleys, etc?

you should run stock ones. NAd remember that some manufacter temperature scale goes in opposite way. For domestic manufacturers (Champion, Autolite, Splitfire), the higher the number, the hotter the plug. For Japanese manufacturers (NGK, Denso), the higher the number, the colder the plug.

there is a rule; one heat range colder for every 75

NGK No.8 is a one step colder as far as I know! And I will use it for my setup! I cannot tell for another setup though.

By the way, I installed yesterday the Oil Fumes Catch Can! The ECU is coming in one week's time! Cant wait for it and especially for the dyno!

Strange, i'm not sure why you would use NGK #9's with bolt-ons. They are two steps colder then stock, i'm running them with my turbo setup.

Am going to use the NGK No.8. I never said I will use No.9 because just like you said they are way to cold.

I had a call yesterday from R-Spec Performance and they informed me that the ECU and the NGKs have arrived. This means that I will collect them on Tuesday!

As for the stock whp somebody told me that is around 190-210whp! Is this true?

Yes I believe that is true. I've always heard that the AP1 dynos around 200whp. On a side note, the AP2 (04-06) tends to dyno 20hp more than the AP1 and my AP2 dyno'd 235hp at the hubs on a dynopack, bone stock. Subtract roughly 15hp for hub/wheel conversion and then subtract the 20, now you're at 200whp for an AP1.
