Hope all turns out well.
If you are unhappy with the service, then you should find yourself another dealership.

Ask some other owners in your area about which dealer they take their S2000 to for service.
You may find you have to drive a little farther but it would be worth it knowing your getting better service.

.... something about 4th gear .....
Hey, if not much trouble, when you pick up your car, can you ask your service advisor what TSB number it is for the 4th gear they are talking about ...... thanks a lot!
