My windshield cracked today
So I got home 2 hours ago, but I just noticed as I was pushing it forward in the garage in neutral to make space through the passenger seat, my windshield is cracked. What's strange is that it runs right past the rear view mirror which seems like it would be more random if it were from a rock hitting the window or something. Anyone have a problem like this before? It runs from the top of the windshield at the frame curved down and is about 6 inches long running about half an inch from the rear view.

Nothing strange about that. Random is random. What would prevent debris from hitting the area around your RVM?

Actually, it makes sense.
If your windshield takes a strike from a stone near the rear view mirror, you likely wouldn't see the chip. Fast forward a few miles and the chip becomes a crack across the windshield.
