Just started driving with the top up this week and there is an annoying rattle/sqeak coming from the passenger firewall area. I don't know how long it's been there because I've only driven top down all summer. If anyone has discovered the remedy please let me know before I start ripping out whats left of my hair!

 

Make sure your rubber hood stops (4 of them) are cranked up. Had the same rattle, sounded like it was coming from the firewall/dashvents.Ended up that the hood was loose due to theses bumpers not pusing up on the hood when its closed. Just crank them up. They are threaded like a bolt to allow for adjustment.. Hope it helps. At least its a place to start.
