PM replied to, but now that I see more pics, the more concerned I am with the install of that top. The straps appear to be missing, and the "pouch" that is currently velcroed around the 3rd bow isn't installed correctly. These two items, create concern for me with regards to the rest of the installation.

That pouch should be installed in the channel that exists on the 3rd bow, you should be able to tell the Velcro exists once its installed correctly. This concern is secondary to your primary issue. If the straps are non existent, you'll need to either make them or buy them from the dealer. They aren't available as far as I'm aware in the aftermarket. In order to install them, however, a good portion of the trim panels will need to be removed, and likely the top material itself removed to a certain point to access the attachment point on the frame to rivet the straps in place.

I found a Florida installer who will be better able to assist with correcting the top itself.

LHT Performance. Call them at the shop for a quote. 727 344 1800.

I think you are missing the two elastic straps that you can get from Modifry who you can find on this forum.
They pull the middle bar forward when the top goes up and down.

@Gigdy, I agree. I'm pretty sure the main problem is I'm missing the straps going down to the back panel.

@Satimage, Thanks for the link! If LHT needs me to order the straps, i'll check out modifry. I've looked at some of his other stuff and his how-to's.
