Very nice...Does anyone know if the Neuspeed STB would get in the way of the Comptech CAI?

Here's my question: How sure are we that the stock airbox pulls air any hotter than the Comptech intake? I mean, the intake on the stock airbox isn't far from where it is on the Comptech unit. How could you measure the temperature in each of the intakes while driving? Could you do it with a digital thermometer that has a long wire with the sensor on the end?

My Wife bought me a meat thermometer at Williams Sonoma on Clearance for $10(originally $50). If is an RF device, so it would probably be easy to mount the sender with tape or nylon ties under the hood and you could monitor the temp as you drive. The hole for the probe would be fairly small and easy to plug after the test. I'm surprised some of the CAI vendors didn't try something like this and publish the results. After all, most of us don't drive 0 mph on a dynamometer.

Man, you guys are so lucky. I'm waiting for them to redesign it for the 02' since I don't want to remove the second horn.

This intake does seem to cause alot of resonance at 4500 rpms under full throttle...anyone else notice this? Buzzes my Review mirror.
