The past two days I have noticed a squeek when I release the brake. Anone have this or know what it is?

 

I've noticed that just about every morning now when I first step lightly on the brakes, they squeak. It only happens the very first time I step on the brakes after the car has been sitting for a while. I'm hoping it's just dirt. I suppose I'll have to get off my ass and wash my car to find out. Too bad it's constantly raining.

almilli, your noise is most likely from rust. The S2000 disks rust very easily and what you hear is that rust being ground off by the brake pads. I get that after every wash and also after every rainy drive.
