Default New S2000 engine break in advice

I just bought a new 2003 S2000 on 12-31. Unfortunately, the Owner's Manual was missing from the car and the dealer had to order one as a replacement.

I would appreciate anyone giving me the engine break in requirements for a new S2000.

Thanks,
Mike

keep the rpm below 5500 rpm for the first 600 miles.
dont keep the rpm constant, keep fluctuating the rpm. downshift a lot. engine compression braking helps seat the oil rings.

make sure to check your oil AT LEAST once a week.

So they say, but I dunno anymore after witnessing an '00 which was vtec'd the day he bought it brand new, never maintained, driven its b**lz off for 90,000 km's..

Before you break in, you may want to read this owner's view of this "mysterious" break in period
