yeah read the owner's manual. keep in mind that break-in is somewhat a debatable hot topic.

I don't have the manual in front of me, but I recall the break-in period is 600 miles. You shouldn't VTEC your car during this time, and you should vary your RPMs a fair amount during that time. It's a very good idea to read the manual, because it's good advice.

dont change out the breakin oil early

yeah leave the breakin oil in at least 5000 miles. and dont go synthetic til about 10k. and yes you have the varying rpm and no-vtec mileage right.

umm this how i break in my engine.

Start the car took it out the dealership lot, went on the fwy and rip it up to 4th gear. Redline every gear.
