Hi all, I noticed after driving for 20 min. I feel heat coming from where the cup holder is and right behind the stick shift. I didn't have AC on and it wasn't set for outside air.
Can someone tell me if this is normal. I have an '02.

very normal. built in cup warmer.

 

perfectly normal....your tranmission is right under there, which generates some heat

 

I touch that area when it gets cold and my top is down warms my hand.

 

 

it's nice for a bit of added warmth in Canada on those cold days now. In the deep south or southwest I don't think it would help but oh well!
