I have the muz tube to prevent vertical creasing but I have two horizontal creases after two years of ownership? Normal or not?

Normal. You can replace your top with a new one that has the glass rear window.

Ditto! I guess that tube doesn't do much then, huh?

There are no creases in my rear window. I've owned the car for more than three years, but had the heavily scratched window replaced about two years ago. Since then I've been very careful with the window and there are no scratches, no creases, and it is still clear. I put a towel inside the window (from the outside) EVERY SINGLE TIME I lower the top, though.

Do you pay to get a new back plastic window? And how much was it?

Thanks.
