LOL, just went out to check out it. yep, its there. of course there is a reason for it, and would be nice to find out what that is. anybody have any contacts with the honda engineers?

I just checked my '06, but the diffuser is the same on both sides. No attachment on the passenger side, and no difference in the cutouts angles for the pipes

I have tons of Honda engineers at my disposal, but since the only cars made here in Ohio are the TL, Accord, Civic and Element - no body would know what the part is for. Drives me crazy!!
