No! Not out the door. Still have to pay sales tax and a couple of other fees. But I would have had to pay sales tax when I registered it with a private seller too.

$19,500 is a super deal on a LB. I really like that color.

Red AP1 has 64,000 miles on it, one owner (older guy), no accidents, car was shipped from Florida, it's 99.9% stock (the only modifications done were black glossy emblems and glossy stock rims), the soft top has no tears or wear at all, the engine looks to be in pristine condition and the car has no rust at all as it was very well maintained. I test drove the car today and its very smooth.

The asking price is $15,900, what do you guys think?

Either way it's a good deal man, especially with a hardtop!

You don't mention the year so I'll assume 2003, but overall it seems like a decent price for something in excellent condition, single owner, no mods and no accidents. Might get it a little lower for private party sale - I think 15K is the bottom end of what you should expect. I would drop another 1K for each year older than 2003, though.

2009 GPW with 1 owner and 28k miles. Looks very clean other than some wear on the driver's seat, and some overdue maintenance items like fluids and tires.

Already has a pending sale, but was listed for $29k, thoughts ?

Sounds about right. I see several red 2008's on autotrader at around that price.

I've been on an intense hunt for a 2004-2005, but the cars I've personally looked at or have had inspected have been less than what I'm looking for and far overpriced for the condition. My "car guy" called me tonight and he has a "middle-aged" friend who is selling his one owner 2001, red exterior with black interior, under 35k miles, totally stock, gently treated, all 10 VIN's, no paint work, always garaged, hardly seen rain much less winter conditions, serviced regularly with a Honda dealer. I haven't seen the car, yet, but my car guy says that the interior and seats are in great shape and it's apparently in immaculate condition and his friend is trustworthy and really properly cares for his stuff. The only "flaw" they've mentioned is the top has a very small hole in it.. *shock* He's floated an initial number of $16k. Thoughts?

I’d scoop that in a heartbeat. One elderly owner, dealer maintained, meticulously taken care of and your car guy knows the seller? How could you go wrong?

I agree… if everything is true, 16K is a good deal.

Excellent price! I would change the top in the future anyways as the rear plastic window will degrade overtime. I purchased an 05 but wished I had picked up an 06+, I could have also picked up lower mileage AP1 for similar price of my 05. I did not know all of the specifics of each year when I did my purchase.
