You are paying a premium since it's at a dealer. It's a nice find, but more like 24kish. Their price is on target for a dealer price.
Check Vin tags to be sure the carfax report is accurate.
If it were me and that car hit all of my wishlist criteria, I'd pull the trigger. 1k or 2k difference these days isn't that big of a deal since cars of this condition are getting more rare.

Yes, I think you're right. This cars of this condition are getting rare day by day. I talked with the representative, and he told me there is not much room for any negotiation, probably 100.00 USD.
Yeah, they really don't need to move on it. It will sell at that price. You just need to decide if it's worth it to you. Like I said, if it was me and it was all the things I wanted, I wouldn't fuss over 1k or 2k. In the grand scheme of ownership, 4 years down the road, you won't care that you paid a little extra to have such a nice sample.
I have a Canadian 2005 AP2 in yellow. No accident with all 10VIN. I am the second owner. The first owner and me did all the maintance in Honda Dealership.
Car was previously owned by a older retired couple, still on original tires. Not a single scratch on any panel and the leather still looking new.
The car currently has 41,000KM on it. Is KM not miles, all stock no mods whatsoever. I put on a full front clear bar. Car is never driven in the rain. No rust. What is this car worth on the market?

Keep an eye on how long it takes the dealer in Wisconsin to sell the car mentioned above your post. If they are not willing to negotiate and are able to move the car at that price fairly quickly then you will have a pretty good idea. On the other hand if that particular S2K sits around on their lot forever then you will know to price your car lower.
Beautiful car, Kinesis 996. If it was local, I'd go look at it. Also, those tires should probably be replaced. Even if miles are low, the rubber can become unsafe over time.
