Im in search for an S2K for almost two months.
seen 4 cars by now, could not settle for any of them.

Honda will not warranty it at this point. Any third party warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on.

Another vote for the AP1...clearly better choice. Top on AP2 also looks a little sketchy...and doesn't everyone store their excess duct tape on the air filter?

 

Unless the warranty was bumper-to-bumper 100K, the answer would be no. AP1 still better choice.

 

The mileage disparity is 26.5k, bringing the total mileage to circa 124k. Did you contact the dealer who notated the mileage issue to determine whether the dash cluster was replaced, etc.? Maybe the dealer selling the car can contact the owner to determine the reason for mileage difference. But, then you would have to trust them that they would tell you the truth. Bottom line, pricey for the mileage.
