I think I got it... Though I don't think anyone cares given the underwhelming response to the post above.

I still don't understand the "CR-R" thing. Club Racer Racer? Club Racer Roadster (which it is regardless of soft top or not)? Club Racer Type R? Club Racer Ragtop?

Here are the remaining 2009 Honda S2000 C/R models still in inventory:

2009 Honda S2000 C/R:

NONE!

2009 Honda S2000 C/R w/ A/C & Audio:

California:
Honda of Hollywood - Berlina Black

Florida:
Tampa Honda Land - Rio Yellow Pearl

Illinois:
Castle Honda - Berlina Black

Minnesota:
Inver Grove Honda - Rio Yellow Pearl
Walser Honda - Berlina Black

North Carolina:
Honda Cars of Hickory - Berlina Black

Pennsylvania:
Piazza Honda of Reading - Apex Blue Pearl

Texas:
Rusty Wallis Honda - Rio Yellow Pearl

There are no Grand Prix White 2009 models left.
Turned in my 08 yesterday for an 09. Just had to have the last year! Had it shipped from a dealer in California to Piazza Honda of Reading in Pennsylvania. It was the last 09 in Apex Blue w/ AC and Radio I could find. So that 09 is no longer available but an 08 with 5,600 miles is.

We'll go with the CR Ragtop. I like that... I was just trying to think of something different to use for the car since I'm making so many changes. Honestly, I'll probably end up leaving the badges alone. Just playing with some ideas...

At least I'm not going to debadge this car. First car I can say that about in a LONG time.

IDK, maybe he got a really good deal? Around here, used 08s trade in around $25k, new 08s sell for $27.5, new 09s for $30-32k. If he keeps it in pristine condition, it could become a collector's item in 30 years and be worth the trade.

Lucky for me I have a very close family relation with that organization so It didn't cost me much at all. I just Love the CR so much I had to have the last year and I don't plan on ever selling it so I think it is totally worth it.

What was the cost to have it shipped if you don't mind me asking?

I'm looking to buy the wife a new car and it may be coming from CA.

It was aprox 1,500 to have it shipped inclosed and took about 2 weeks. It can be less it you go with an open trailer but you risk possible damage.
