The Official S2000 CR Owners Thread
[QUOTE=Mchester,Jul 30 2009, 09:49 AM] I really can't believe how rude people are just because it's on the Internet. They feel free to say things they wouldn't say to someones face for some reason.
I think it's because the threat of getting punched in the mouth isn't as high, but be careful because you never know when you're going to run into someone you insulted on here. You may not even remember them, but I'll bet THEY will

[QUOTE=CKit,Jul 30 2009, 01:37 PM] Not that I'm condoning anything, but on the Internet people also put out information to the general public that they wouldn't otherwise say to random strangers.
When was the last time you walked into a coffee shop and just loudly announced random facts about yourself?

Maybe, but that's a side-effect of open communication... Too much communication. As my wife says, "You can't have it both ways." If forums were as socially restrictive as real life, these threads would be ghost towns. People of vastly different backgrounds feel free to communicate in ways they'd never do "in public." Keeping the forums reasonably appropriate without over-censoring is the unenviable task of the moderators....
To-Do list for NJDrive:
1.)Put sensitivity filter on before you post in S2Ki.
2.)Bite your lip.
3.)Continue your usual routine of sifting through and searching for that 0.05% of useful information on S2Ki.
4.)Only make informative posts and valid inquiries.
I figured I would enter myself into a "10 Step Program" that's six steps short.

Hey, I just thought I would share my experience. It is kind of crazy, cool and entertaining all at the same time. No hurt feelings here and no regrets. The best part about the whole thing is that it was just as much fun picking up the second one as the first.
hi all CR owners, i'm thinking of picking up a CR. i understand the CR stock is a great car by itself, but i want to mod it.....at least add coilover to lower it for looks and i do track from time to time. so i'm not ur typical boy ricer who "slams" his car and make it 2" off the ground and think i'm cornering like it's on rails. (hahah i'm sure u've all read those comments b4)
would u recommend picking up a non CR and mod it? but i really like the CR look........or is adding tein mono flex on the CR make it as good as original suspension set up? any CR owners with mods on their car?
thanks guys
