Modifying a limited production/special edition of car is a risky action as it lowers the resale of an already niche market car, thus limiting your appeal and market to an already small crowd.
No offense to your suspension choice but it is very unlikely that you or the parts you have chose are likey to truly improve both the ride and/or the handling of the CR beyond what the factory engineers have designed.
One would need a very serious suspension setup (think Motons) to truly improve the handling characteristics of the car.
I would suggest purchasing a standard new S2000 or a slightly used model as it would be a better value to you for what you intend to do to the car.
If you really want to replicate the look of the car, you can purchase most of the CR specific parts (i believe at hardtopguy.com) and replicate the look yourself.

If you are looking for something to give you the lowered look while retaining the very competent CR dampers, CT Engineering is offering a "Ride Height Adjustable" kist that involves aluminum threaded collars that work with the stock dampers and springs to allow adjustable ride height. Testing still shows when the ride height is lowered more than 1/2" the car still suffers degraded maximum slalom speeds but at least this kit allows easy adjustment between lowered for looks and stock height for performance without spending a fortune and without making the suspension worse than stock, at least in stock height mode. Give them a call for availabilty. I am waiting on mine right now and have been for a couple months. They don't even have these on their website right now, but they tell me they are making more as we speak... We'll see...
As for other mods, I am doing MANY, but they are all reversible, so I have no guilt in modifying a limited edition car.

As for the seat, I've been meaning to ask you other 2nd S2k owners. I have a theory that our seats are flipped...ie jdm. The reason I say this is that the lever to move the seat back is toward the center of the car whereas on my AP1 I could have sworn it was toward the "outside" of the car. Also, there is a seat pocket behind the drivers seat whereas on my AP1 it was on the passenger seat.

That doesn't bother me... what does is the ridiculous height these seats sit at compared with my Ap1. It has to be sitting atleast 1.5'' higher... How can I get rid of this without paying $5-600.00 for aftermarket rails?
Do you think that at minimum the old seat rails can be swapped?
