Yes, there was someone here claiming the C/R mods were basically God's gift to the car, it may even be earlier in this thread. it's interesting that SCC claims a 6 sec drop in lap time when Hoinda only claims 2 (and 90% of that is in the tires and stiffer damping), so something about the SCC evaluation isn't adding up...regardless, it will take alot more than a little SCC write-up to convince me I can't equal or beat the C/Rs performance for less money with a modified (2008) AP2....and I don't need the rice boy, boat anchor wing, either

Honda set up some understeer for safety on the CR larger fronts help eliminate that as again since I track I'm not looking for that safety net.
Yes you can feel the additional bracing and it's quite nice. I'm one of those the car can never be too stiff guys. You also completely left out the steering changes on the CR and the bracing added to it. You can always "make" a car that is more comfortable for you to drive fast as you build it to suit your needs. The CR is set up to be a better starting place than the BASE S2K. And man let me tell you the seats in the CR are just awesome! I've got a spare set that I still keep wanting to put in my NSX. Yes that was a shameless plug ..LOL
