Well, when the market was in its prime, financing gave people the option to invest that $30000 into something that yielded a return as a hedge against the loan interest.

Couple of weeks, but the weather will decide if I take the S or the beater.

Has anyone tried, for autocross, a +49 front wheel and 275 Hoosiers?

I found, on tirerack, a new OZ Racing wheel, very affordable too.

Going to attempt to use this setup, without testing, on my CR at the San Diego National tour.

Did a dry fit, and no rubbing at full lock. Just concerned under cornering load.
Will bring some extra fender liner plastic clips I already bought just in case

Sorry, don't have any experience with that setup...just wanted to comment on those wheels. I really like that there is finally an option (other than TR motorsports) for A-Stock legal matching front and rear lightweight wheels. I even like the colors. If I didn't already have wheels, i'd get, for my Apex blue, white or black to look good, orange to look "bad", blue to look weird, or white in front and red in back to look patriotic.

Don't know if anyone's noticed yet, but Tire Rack is stocking what is probably the lightest A-Stock legal wheel ever available for the S2000... OZ Alleggerita, in +49 front and +59 rear.

Picking my new car up on Sunday, Apex Blue, no A/C or radio. It's going to be a short break-in!
