So my CR is only 1 of 7 built for 2008? That is awesome! How certain are you of this? Or are they only the ones sold/registered?

I think so.

There are a few places where my counts could be wrong:
1) Honda ownerlink website is wrong
2) automation software "hiccuped"
3) Some of the 17 not found VIN's is a GPW "delete" model
4) there exists VIN's past serial # 2628 (I only checked up to VIN 2628 and didn't find anything past 2608...figured this was safe).

So I'm fairly certain you are 1 of 7. I wouldn't recommend you get that as your license plate, but it's good to know.

And I think this includes all vehicles available for US Sale, not just sold/registered.

Has anyone driven the stock CR tires in cold (like 10degree) weather?

How bad are they? Are they "you're gonna die" bad or just "take it real easy" bad?

I know it's a bad idea to go pick up the car tonight, just trying to figure out how bad of an idea.

They should work to get you home as long as your not driving in snow.

I was on my way to the NAIAS and shocked to see a guy in a Suzka blue 04 or 05 driving on the freeway with roof and windows down. It was below 20 degrees ..that's just nuts!

Plus once you get the roof off you'll want to leave it off. I've had mine off for two months at a time. Yes I learned to wash it with the top down

Did anyone install a Mugen Roll Bar into an S2000 CR?

I am still trying to figure out the best solution for a roll-bar....

Hart-Dog - look's simple and is cheap but requires cutting of plastic pieces....
Mugen Roll-Bar is expensive but has a very clean look once the cover plastic is in place - not sure though if these will work with the CR...
Rollcageguy - the pictures look good but don't want to go with a full cage - left message but have not heard back from them yet...

Any experience/advise would be highly appreciated... thanks
