gtz to all you new fellow CR owners

and ps on the stock cr tires is snow NOT A GOOD IDEA like it has been said before.
i was at the tire shop swapping rims the day first snow landed

3000 CR's in total! 1500 in '08 and 1500 in '09 i think..
btw, how do i find out what # my CR is?

No. Check out my post on the last page where I break down the # of CR's by color and type. Initial estimates from Honda was that they would build 1500 CR's per year, but Honda probably thought they'd sell more than the 2600 S2000's (cr and not) in 2008. Since S2000 sales were so low, they didn't make as many. Same with the CR (plus, I imagine the CR wasn't as well received as they were expecting).

Seriously. I still have no idea why they tried to mass produce this car. I think it suits me perfectly, but as a mass produced car?

but how do you find out what # your CR is?
something with the VIN??

The last 6 digits of (any) VIN will tell you which # car you have. Since the CR VIN's are integrated with regular S2000's you cannot find out which # CR you have. Since I have the list of all MY08's, I can tell you. I will post up the list of all 08 CR's eventually if enough people want to know (and I can find a place to host it).

I agree. I completely understand why people don't like it - especially people who like to mod. It should have been intentionally low production - like ACR neons/srt4's.
