I don't need a wrench to tighten it, I need the wrench to remove it.

A little oil on the cap o-ring will help with cap removal.

Doesn't work. Tried it.

I think this is how it works. Plastic is more sensative to heat than aluminum. So the plastic expands more when it's hot, locking the cap on the valve cover.

Just my theory. Either way my cap is a B#$ch to get off, especially after running the canyons or the track.
