I had my HID light fail after 2 months. Turned out not to be the bulb (usd 120 to replace!)

It was the electronics box and transformer that blew up, and that was replaced under warranty.

I've had no problems with my lights thus far. I have, however, had friends tell me that my driver's side lamp was out. I think it's due to the lower alignment of this light. From some angles, it looks like it may be dead. Strange

Did your light work one day then not work anther day or was that the first time you tried the lights?

With mine, the first time I turned on the lights one did not work. I turn it on and off a couple of times and the third time it worked fine. I have had the car since October 99 and this issue has not repeated itself.

Is your HID beams perfectly level when driving? It looks to me that the left side is slightly higher than the right. Any of you guys experiencing this?

I have had mine more than a year. Only had the one head light thing happen once or twice.

Looks like the more they are used the better they work. Kind of a break in thing. Gotta love the power of them.

Any other car I drive I want to hand out the window with a 500,000 candle watt fash light to light up the road! It to damb dark with any other car.

I have read about this problem in Japanese websites. Apparently, Honda is aware of this and updated the box 3 times already. I guess it is just not common enough to be a recall.

My car did the passenger headlight not coming on thing, still does from time to time, I just turn it off and then back on and it works...what a bummer though, I've even been stopped for it. And what gives with the brights? They are almost useless, they barely do anything at all. Wonder why they are not the HID bulbs too?

Doesn't Nancy Reagan only have one headlight?
