i dont even leave my top down in the garage

the only time i will leave the top down is if i am standing right next to the car. like it was said earlier in the thread, people suck. you might not get anything stolen, but someone might dump something into your car, or a bird my drop special delivery in your seat.

eitherway, up FTW.

RedRay:

Apply 303 Aerospace Protectant to your interior, and it will protect against UV rays -- just as it will on your convertible top.

I park all over the place with the top down. If it get stolen that's ok and if it gets damaged, that is what insurance is for. I have no softtop anyways so this way works out well for me

It depends where I am.

Southern rural town at the local grocery store, top down.
Local Wal-Mart next to said Southern rural town, top up and far away from everyone else.

Well, if you are parking in your own city, you should have some sense of where you are parking, and at what time. It makes all the difference in the risk of parking top down. Hell, there are some locations in my area where I will not park the s 2000 at ANY time of day or night without to top up -- and some areas where I will not take the S 2000 regardless. Then, here are areas in my city where I will park the S 20000 top down at any time with no worries. Use of a bit of common sense is needed here. For example, there are some areas of Oklahoma City where I will not take my turck and park it. It all matters where.

I leave mine down with the windows rolled up most of the time. If i was at the mall or if its really dark out then i would put the top up.

Thread is kind of meaningless. It all depends on where you live.

If your in Fl then leave it down so the people stealing your seats don't rip your top.
