Thanks much people.. Feeling "pretty" stupid here. The window has been working five minutes before the problem occured, and I thought I have not touched the lock switch at all. Alas, I have, accidentally, if I might add ... I checked the fuse box, and was just about to start a kidney transplant . I'm glad I asked, and am sorry that I took your time. Bunch of great people here. Thanks again.

Don't worry, you're not the only one that this has happened to, however, I guess your username fits pretty well

Just went to Home Depot, with the top down of course, and when I got back home, the passenger side window wouldn't budge. And I am leaving on a trip tomorrow in the S with rain expected. So I played with that window for about 30 minutes to no avail trying to get it to go up. Then I came in and started searching - at least as well as the search engine would let me. And finally I found this old thread, and I am a happy camper, cause I must have hit that little switch while out tooling around. Now I can stay dry tomorrow if the rain comes.

I am so happy, I am going to pay my dues and become a member. Thanks to all of you for posting. It sure helps.

Dont feel bad. I actually pulled the whole wiring harness out of the door because of this. I got the window back up by jumping the swith to the battery and went without rolling my window down for a week. I put it back in and it worked fine. I thought wtf how could it work now. Then I noticed one day while cleaning the drivers side door panel I was hitting the switch.
