When I bought mine one of the front ones was hanging on by a bolt, the other mount bolt ripped out of the fender liner. I ended up taking all 4 off for weight savings because race car.

Absolutely no need to replace these unless it really bothers you. I guarantee these do not have a noticeable impact on any day to day driving. I would just remove the other one so its symmetrical.
