Default Pistons and Rods

Hi,
I wanted to get everyone suggestions on aftermarket pistons and rods, like which ones are an alternative to the oem pistons and rods because if its possible i dont want to send out the block to be resleeved and such. I dont know if this is possible, but please give me your suggestions.
thanks

Basically what i want to do is I dont want to sleeve the block, but want to make the motor stronger and more boost friendly. This involves new pistons, rings, ect. (I'm not sure of all the arts I need, thats where you guys come in)

I want advice on what size pistons? What rods? What other up grade to do while having the motor out and apart. Please help, thanks

Use factory because most pistons will not work with the FR walls on the S2K
