Sure. I really liked "Roxanne", but "Don't Stand So Close To Me" is pretty cool, in a stalker/perv way.

Supposedly they hide them in one of about 8 different locations, just so that its not always in the same place...unless you get lucky, you'd have to strip the interior/trunk to find it.
im pretty sure that is the point of stealing a car

hmmm, so a LoJack sticker instead of a Police decal would be the better way to go then? If so, where can I get one without buying the real thing?

[QUOTE=neoarroyo,Jul 24 2007, 09:40 PM] Just wondering if anyone is using any kind of Police decals/stickers on the windows as a sort of theft deterrant.

my friend use to put a hat on his passanger seat that said police on it

its not impersonating police at all

its just having a sticker/hat that says police on it

impersonating police would be pulling someone over and pretending to be a police officer

Yeah, cops will get pissed at that though... make sure its just paper and you can move it when you get pulled over.
Cops look at the VIN in that location and if you've covered it they might hold you longer while they investigate deeper and might even find that baggie of coke you have sitting in your dash.
Yes, it is paper so it is easily removed. If a cop ever asked why it is there, I will just explain.

I don't have anything to hide, including cocaine lol

Would going into a donut shop with the same police hat on and trying to talk the owner out of a dozen krispy kream donuts also be considered impersonation?

I know you wouldn't get arrested for a sticker, but if the cop thinks you put it there just to get out of a ticket, he might take offense.

So what do you say to the cop when you get pulled over and he wants to know what department you're with?
you roll the windows down, he won't even see it.
